Release of Amounts

Enquiries will be released in stages, and the money will also be withdrawn in stages. According to the central bank, the overall value of Phase 1 for individuals and companies is US$ 4 billion.

The institution will refund the amount requested by the user via Pix within 12 working days.

Registration with Gov.br, the federal portal that brings together hundreds of digital services, is one of the requirements for requesting money that has been forgotten.

Customers must provide the Pix code for their bank account. If the financial institution does not meet central bank standards, provide the system's contact information as well as the payment or transfer methods.

What if I miss the redemption date?

Warning against scams

The only website for consulting and requesting these amounts is "https://valoresareceber.bcb.gov.br/", according to the Central Bank. The institution does not provide links or contact information for dealing with the amounts or verifying personal information.

No one from the agency or the Receivables System is allowed to contact the person, according to the Central Bank.

Suspicious links received by e-mail, SMS, WhatsApp or Telegram should be avoided. They should also refrain from making any form of payment in order to gain access to the funds. If you receive such a request, be aware that it is a scam.
